Active users showed a general upward trend, beginning the quarter at approximately 124K and closing at around 126K.

UBB Mobile by United Bulgarian Bank AD experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, finishing the quarter with about 4.4K downloads in the last week of September. The app's active user base grew from 28.5K to over 31K, indicating a positive engagement trend.
